With 40 years in the shed building business under our tool belt, we’ve seen (and built) some pretty unique buildings. We’ve grown from a shed building business in a garage to a nationwide company, taking pride in every building we’ve installed. Let’s look back through the years and see how our building styles, ads, and more have changed.

Our Shed Styles

A barn-style shed was our first-ever offering and the inspiration for our logo. Over the years, we’ve made a few modifications, bringing in higher sidewall options, windows, and more to allow our customers to design a custom style. The photo below on the right shows one of our earliest barn models, with the image on the left highlighting a much more modern design from one of our partners, @KindredVintage.

We’ve also added more styles over the years, including our garages, lean-to’s, and modern options and upgrades. There’s a Tuff Shed building for every backyard.

Our Strength

True to our name, we’ve never wavered from a dedication to quality and strength. From our floors, doors, walls, and roof, we’ve always ensured that every shed and garage we install lives up to the name above the door. Some of our older display setups really drove home the picture of strength with stacked sheds and even a truck parked on top.

Our Future

In 2017 we built our one-millionth shed. In the four years since then, we’ve continued to install our buildings for a growing number of happy customers, growing our company to serve all the contiguous 48 states. We created our Show Off Your Shed spotlight to celebrate all these buildings, sharing our customers and their unique structures. We always say there are a million uses for our sheds, and it seems that our customers have set out to prove that for a fact. You can see a few of our favorite highlights below.
